Overview

The Kedarnath Yatra is one of the most revered pilgrimages in India, nestled in the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Kedarnath is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and a key stop in the Char Dham Yatra. The journey involves a scenic and spiritually uplifting trek of 16 km from Gaurikund to the Kedarnath Temple, set at an altitude of 11,755 ft. Open from April/May to November, the yatra offers breathtaking mountain views, serene rivers, and a deep sense of devotion. Whether you trek, take a pony, or opt for helicopter services, the experience is both physically rewarding and spiritually enriching.
