Overview

The Kedarnath-Badrinath Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage to two of the most important shrines in the Char Dham circuit of Uttarakhand. Kedarnath, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is nestled in the snow-capped Garhwal Himalayas and reached via a 16 km trek from Gaurikund. Badrinath, devoted to Lord Vishnu, is located near the banks of the Alaknanda River and is accessible by road. Open from April/May to November, this twin-dham yatra offers a perfect blend of spiritual depth and Himalayan beauty. From high-altitude treks to scenic drives, the journey is both soul-stirring and awe-inspiring.
